Heather Haugse, Global Product Advocate for aimswebPlus, develops content for onsite, web-based, and online aimswebPlus courses. She leads and supports Pearson's Certified aimswebPlus Trainers (CATs). She collaborates closely across internal teams to advocate positive and meaningful experiences with aimswebPlus. Heather spent the first 20 years of her career working as a school psychologist in northern Minnesota and North Dakota. Heather earned her Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from Minot State University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from North Dakota State University. She is also is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. Heather's personal interests include going to the beach, hiking, biking, reading, photography, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, three dogs, and parrot.
Oscar Maldonado
Clinical Support Manager @Pearson
Oscar Maldonado is the Clinical Support Manager. He started at Pearson 19 years ago as a scoring analyst and has held positions in various departments throughout Pearson. Oscar began his career on the technology side of Pearson but his passion has always been helping people. During his 19 year career, Oscar has taken great pride in providing excellent service to customers. He was given a leadership role and has led a team that thrives on customer satisfaction. He enjoys staying young at heart by being active in a number of sport leagues and spending time with his family in San Antonio, Texas.
